- 2008.11.20 - AOLIS may withold access to individuals or departments who apparently are attributed of the following:
- having a motive of deceit in dealing with AOLIS
- having the possibility of being a part of a security breach
- letting others user their account without informing AOLIS
- Requests for functionality should be conveyed to AOLIS by verbal, written, or demonstration.
- Requisition Form must be accomplished
- Department to be charged is the requesting department
- Supplier & Brand is AOLIS
- Amount is how much the requesting department thinks the request is worth.
- Description is a summary of the Requested Functionality
- Signatures of the Department Chair, IT Director, Budget Manager, and other relevant entities are required.
- AOLIS then decides whether the request will be accomplished or not, the schedule of deliverables, and terms of use.
- If AOLIS assesses that the request has to be revised to fit technology,
budget, time, expertise, future demands, coherence with other systems, etc; AOLIS will submit a proposal to the Requesting Department instead.
- AOLIS request the right to grant, deny, review, freeze, suspend, data access / interconnections with other departments, entities, persons, or systems.
- AOLIS will try to preserve the privacy of records to some extent but will not be liable to privacy breaches brought about by irresponsible users or illegal activities.
- All reports, data, printouts, and other information products are copyright of AOLIS and can only be used as intended and approved by AOLIS.
- AOLIS does not assure the reliability or accuracy of data it produces. It is the responsibility of the information-consumer to verify with more reliable and more authoritative sources.
- AOLIS reserves the right to countercheck data against other sources and to publish irregularities discovers.
- AOLIS reserves the right to suspend access to data that have doubts of accuracy.
