Caregiver Accounting and Enrollment

This is a late announcement. AOLIS has finished implementing the Caregiver Accounting and Enrollment System as requested by the Accounting Office under Sir Borromeo (chief accountant) (also supporter of aolis).
Caregiver students have their own caregiver id, they start at January and have two semesters a year. USA and Canada type caregivers slightly different fees. All need to finish 80 units of block sections. Transcript is also needed. A college student can also be a caregiver student at the same time, with two ids, one college id and another a caregiver id. This is easier than combining all accounts and grades in one account since the college records have to be treated separate from the caregiver and vice versa. All applications (web and shell{for printing}) are coded in PHP, database is the same as the rest of AOLIS.
